The bathrooms have not been cleaned in 2 days. The women's washroom, has a plugged toilet & the other stalls are filthy. The laundry was held up by people, coming in off the street, to do their laundry. The equipment was left filthy, for the next user This is a truckstop. You only have 1 washer & dryer. Keep users to being the ones, whom are parked here!

I've been going here for years. within the last few months they hired this pink haired girl, looks to be in her late teen/early 20s. she is the most rude, disrespectful, racist, person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, because of her I now take an extra 5 mins out of my day to go to an Irving instead

I will never fuel here again,...the showers are good,...but the fuel receipt is only good for 24 hrs only,....and their drivers lounge is closed from 11 pm to 6 am. Good parking,...but too many dropped trailers over the weekend. Only saving grace is there is a Tim Horton's close by.

The white girl working today July 26 7:00 pm is so racist didn’t behave well talking rudely because I was brown and even murmuring when I was leaving . Shell needs nice , respectful and well behaved employees

I have been going to this store since it was opened, but that ends today.The store has a pre pay policy at night so I wasn't able to fill my tank, very annoying.The store also has overpriced smokes and a disgusting lingering odor.So long and goodbye!

Go in to purchase some food and the supervisor on shift is on the phone having a personal conversation on her cell. While serving customer. No greeting or nothing. Just asked if I had purchased fuel. Very cold and unwelcoming.

A good gas station. We were able to get gas with minimal problems and inside were thr road trip snacks we were looking for. Bathrooms were reasonably clean as well. Photos attached. All in all an easy place to get In and out of close to thr highway.

I stopped going to the Shell store. Was a good customer till an older gray/white haired women who works there with an attitude problem start giving me a hard time about my air miles card, she did not want to scan saying i don't get pts for my purchase when i see in my account that my miles are being given when my card is scanned. I told her it was within my rights as a customer to have my card scanned, so she finally did very rudely. Don't need to be treated that way by Shell employees. Irving and Esso treat me much better so F Shell
